How does Valk Loyal work

How does Valk Loyal work

  • You visit one of the Van der Valk websites, log in with your valk account and place a reservation.
  • Your reservation arrives directly at the hotel and you will receive your reservation confirmation by mail.
  • One day prior to your stay you will receive an email with information about your stay.
  • After your stay, you will receive a thank you e-mail containing the Valk Loyal credit you received. Your Valk Loyal credit can be found in your Valk account.
  • You can redeem this credit with your next online booking or choose to continue saving (valid up to 3 years after crediting)
  • You can redeem the valk Loyal credit in the 5th step when making a booking.
