Are you a Valk Exclusief Member?
Everyone who holds a Valk Exclusief Membership before 5 January 2026 will receive a €25 Good Start Bonus in their account no later than Wednesday, 7 January 2026. This bonus can only be redeemed on the Good Start package.
Do you only have a Valk account?
Everyone with a Valk account before 5 January 2026 will receive a €15 Good Start Bonus. If you become a Valk Exclusief Member free of charge before 5 January, you will receive €25. This bonus can only be redeemed on the Good Start package.
How does it work?
When will you receive the credit?
You will receive the Good Start Bonus in your Valk Exclusief account in the new year, no later than Wednesday, 7 January 2026.
If the credit is not visible on Thursday, 8 January 2026, please contact us via info@valkexclusief.nl.
Registration deadline:
Did you become a Member or create a Valk account after 5 January 2026? Unfortunately, you can no longer participate in this promotion and will not receive a Good Start Bonus.
Conditions for using the discount:
The €25 or €15 discount will be automatically added to your Valk Bonus balance.
The bonus credit is only valid for the Good Start package and can only be redeemed online.
How to use the discount:
- Log in to your Valk Exclusief account.
- Check your balance via Account Overview or Loyal & Bonus balances. Here you will see your updated balance and transaction overview.
- When booking the Good Start package, you can redeem your Good Start Bonus in step 4 under the section Redeem saved credit.
Important details:
The credit can be used once for a reservation of the Good Start package.
It is not possible to use additional Valk Bonus and/or the €15 Membership Welcome Discount for the Good Start package. However, you may redeem any saved Valk Loyal credit.
Validity:
The credit can be redeemed up to and including Saturday, 28 February 2026.
After this date, the credit will expire and will no longer be displayed in your account.
Other provisions:
Valk Exclusief and its auxiliaries or third parties are not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from this promotion.
Valk Exclusief reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice, or to end or modify the promotion if circumstances require. No rights may be derived from this.
Frequently asked questions about using the credit:
Can I combine my Good Start Bonus with my €15 Membership welcome discount?
No, it is not possible to redeem your Good Start Bonus at the same time as your €15 Membership welcome discount. The conditions of the bonus credit apply to the Good Start Bonus. You can read these here.
Can I combine my Good Start Bonus with other credits?
Yes, the Good Start Bonus can be combined with your Valk Loyal credit, which you receive after an overnight stay in a Van der Valk hotel.
No, the Good Start Bonus cannot be combined with other Valk Bonus credits. The specific Valk Bonus conditions apply.
