Terms Non-refundable including one-time date change

The following terms apply to the Black Friday Deal at participating Valk Exclusief hotels. This non-refundable rate gives you the option to move your reservation once, subject to the conditions below.

Have you booked this Black Friday Deal and would like to change the date? Please contact the hotel where you made the reservation by email to discuss the available options.

Terms and Conditions:

• The change must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
• The new date must be available.
• You agree to any additional charges if the new date is more expensive, you book more nights, or choose a different room type.
• No refund will be given for cheaper alternatives.
• Holidays are excluded.
• Special room types may be excluded.
• Maximum of 5 rooms per reservation.
• The reservation can only be changed to another non-refundable rate within the same hotel
• The date change is only valid for the hotel where the original reservation was made.
